Sourced from Brazilian farms in Cerrado, Mexican cooperatives in Chiapas, and Guatemalan producers in the volcanic soil regions of Antigua and Huehuetenango. Guatemalan Bourbon and Caturra for complexity, Mexican Bourbon and Typica for clean structure, and Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo for rich body and chocolate foundation — chosen for their ability to maintain origin character while developing bold roasted flavors.
