Our Story

Born on the
Coast

Harbor Heights Coffee was founded in Boston with a simple belief: specialty coffee should be clean, traceable, and connected to something bigger than a cup.

The Coastal Standard

We grew up where the harbor meets the open Atlantic — where salt air, hard work, and a reverence for the water shape everything. That upbringing taught us that quality isn’t a marketing line — it’s a practice. When we started Harbor Heights, we carried that ethos into every bag.

Every coffee we source scores 83+ on the SCA scale. Every lot is tested for mycotoxins and pesticides. Every bag sold removes one pound of ocean plastic through our partnership with CleanHub. This isn’t aspirational — it’s operational. It happens on every order, every day.

We don’t believe coffee has to choose between tasting extraordinary and doing good. The coast taught us that the best things in life — clean water, honest craft, community — aren’t luxuries. They’re the standard.

What We Stand For

Our Pillars

Specialty Grade

Every coffee scores 83+ on the SCA scale. We source from the top 3% of global harvests — no commodity beans, no fillers.

Radical Transparency

From altitude and process method to mycotoxin testing, we share everything. If we can’t prove it, we don’t say it.

Ocean Stewardship

Every bag funds the recovery of 1lb of ocean-bound plastic through CleanHub — verified, traceable, and third-party audited.
